Terms of Use
Last updated: July 16, 2026 · applies to farvist.com and the Farvist software.
The short version: the Farvist software is free under the MIT license — use it in anything, no attribution required. This website is provided as-is, funded by ads. Be reasonable and you'll have no problems.
1. The software license
The Farvist framework, templates, blocks and related source code are released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish and distribute them, including in commercial and client work, without attribution. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The full license text ships with the source repository and takes precedence for the software itself.
2. Using this website
You may browse farvist.com, read the documentation, and copy the code examples freely. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update, change or remove any part of the site at any time.
3. Advertising
Documentation and article pages display ads served by third-party networks (currently Google AdSense). Ads and any data they process are covered by our privacy policy and the ad provider's own terms. We don't endorse advertised products, and clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site we don't control.
4. Third-party links and content
The site links to external resources (GitHub, the CDN, documentation and articles). We're not responsible for the content, policies or availability of sites we link to.
5. Disclaimer & liability
Everything here is provided for general use without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and its maintainer are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software or the website. You are responsible for testing anything you build before shipping it.
6. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
